You do need to have some revolving or installment credit accounts on your record (no credit = not great credit score).You might have better luck posting this under the mortgage section b/c they're always neck deep in credit reporting.

In theory, it is supposed to be an accurate estimate of the current value, but in my neck of the woods it is normally not accurate (at least 10% off if not more)
