If someones feel discriminated against, and you made the call, you will need to prove your case if they initiate a formal complaint, and it costs them nothing to do so.Similarly, but clearly not as likely to happen, regarding FCRA, if you were to keep a copy of an applicants personal financial info, and your home or office was burglarized, with the financial documents walking away, you could have serious consequences if that information is misused.
