As mentioned before I found the pod casts, articles, and fileplace under resources option of the main menu of the website

There is a link in our TOOLS dropdown in the main navigation menu for Hard Money Lenders, and you can find links on our resources page and many other pages on the site.We've got our first listings and have commitments for several others to come shortly.

I have a list of some local CPAs as well as attorneys that have real estate listed as a specialty, along with every other industry on the drop down menu of their website. 

Trying to come up with a sophisticated menu of options considering we are cash strapped and can only pitch in about 20-30% of the total cost.

Go to the members profile, click the 3 dots next to connect, then Report User on the drop down menu.

The one small thing I would do if it were mine would be to rename the 'need help selling' in the top menu to 'Sell your home fast' which emphasizes what you do and matches the verbage used in the bottom of the page.Also, have you considered using a form?
