most of course do light turn over in their day to day but full rehab is a little bigger scope.. and you have a man power issue.. there are only so many contractors to go aroundand there are probably 100 to 200 homes that need full rehab.. not going to happen over night.

They're not interested in holding hands for a chance at a transaction, let alone man power to transact in smaller amounts is more or less the same effort as selling larger.
