@Chase ClineI noticed some misinformation here about TX Series LLC - here is an article from a well respected attorney.I will repeat myself that attorneys disagree with each other - from claiming that all LLCs are not much help for legal protection to claiming that Series LLC is the best invention since sliced bread, and anything in between.

If you're looking to put your time into endeavors that will make more than double what you can make in interest then they're probably not right for most people.
