Funny story: my son the rock climber was in the Seattle area a few years ago when they had a massive snow storm with more on the way.

that is more a RV park. the MBH parks down here. we typically own the land, lot, and trailers. there is a reason but long story short, if i just own the lot and they dont pay the fee. i do not have the biggest teeth to push the need for my money. but if i own it all, my experience says it is a better path

i also had HVAC mystery issues in my first duplex when we house hacked it.Regarding the Daikin Mini Split - I have one in the 3rd story of my current home and it seems to work great for us. 

There are choices at every turn that form the story.

The views are relatively similar, it is a 2 story complex.

Without an integration for some of our vendors, we are considering halting RentVine onboarding and moving to Appfolio.Any advice or experience stories would be welcome here.  

I also have separate damage protection from my channel manager (OR), but you can get it from Waivo and some others. ive just heard too many horror stories and i bake the price of coverage into my rental costs.

Now, in 2024, we're seeing $4,000 per month just on the main unit and $1,800 on the other unit of the duplex.Long story short, it's a long term play.
