Hello all,I work with a formerly-homeless population in a Supported Permanent Housing program.

Most people make the rent/mortgage payment their #1 priority (over partying, car payments, etc.) because being homeless really sucks.

I went from amazing credit and a great savings account to homeless and bankrupt.

Some organization contacted me and see if I would rent it to a homeless person under different programs such as section 8. 

We were also homeless for 10 days before closing as the best tenant wanted to move in earlier than we planned, but we luckily had family and friends willing to help us out for that 10-day period before close.        

He my ex-husband died just 14 days into the sale of it, yet he had already bought transfered an changed deed ,then he died the investor force me out sold my home to his workers As to get as far from me as he could I have been homeless now for 1 1/4 year waiting begging for help as it also says I sold it for $60,000 , I NEVER GOT  NOR SAW ANYTHING OF MONEY AND YES LEAGALLY DEFAULT SHOULD HAVE PLAYED A BIG PART ,BUT IT HAS NOT I AM HOMELESS MONEYLESS AND TRYING TO UNDERSTAND WHAT TO DO BEFORE ITS TO LATE , THIS IS A MAJOR PROBLEM AND WILL GO UNPUNISHED,SCATHED LEST I TRY TO STOP IT .AT LEAST ATEMPT TO GAIN MY MONIES

My best investor/partner came from a homeless guy who was telling me about a vacant property he used to stay in.

It isnt enough to offer the community benefit of low income safe comfortable housing for folks who would otherwise move  or be homeless .

My daughter at the age of 5 drew a very interesting blue print of the house she wanted to build for the homeless...That started our interest, and we closed on this building March 16th, 2018 which just happens to be her B-Day!
