Go to the  HAR website and do daily searchs for properties under 120k in your preferred areas.  

I looked at redfin har zillow and loopnet but this information is never included in descriptions.Basically what I am trying to understand is which neighborhoods have commercial zones or mixed zones.

Thanks for all who replied, I found on HAR several properties, single family homes less than 140K built in 1940, very pretty properties inside, remodeled homes.

Your best bet is to look for properties for rent on HAR that fit your requirements, then reach out to the owners/agents and explain what you want to do.
