@Mak K.Hey Mak- Good thought, but there’s still a lot of ground work that needs to be done.Just because the property is zoned residential doesn’t always mean a duplex or other types can be built. call the city planning & zoning office to see what your options are.

Especially if they are willing to do some boots on ground work for you.

I've been trying to lay the groundwork to market to motivated sellers in my area with the intention of buying, holding and ultimately engaging the BRRRR strategy; similar to marketing done by wholesalers.

I'm not familiar with the area but where I'm from renting it out as farm ground works pretty well.

But I'm most interested in real estate in New Orleans because it's my most consistent home base and seems  to be easiest managing being that I have a lot of family there to do any needed ground work I may need.

I am a certified hvac technician and I have a back ground working in small appliance repair.

I don't know PM's in South Jersey that deal with Camden, but I'm sure they are out there...or you can partner with someone local to do the boots on the ground work, while you handle the finances and stuff from NYC. 

Construction has already started and all ground work completed and framing started too.

Ground work at your age will determine your success or failure going forward and should be your first priority ahead of actually investing.

My fiance and I are looking to make our first investment deal. we have been reading books and doing all our ground work to learn as much as we can.​Our only bump in the road is we just moved from New York to San Antonio, Texas and we are not too familiar with the best strategy to start with.
