@Chasing Vega When you send a document for recording, the county recorders office is not verifying who owns an LLC, they are only checking to see if the documents meets their requirements to be recorded (e.g. page formatting, upper white space for book/page stamp, font size, signed and dated, legal description, grantor/grantee info, notary stamp, etc.)

It's not just okay, it's the law in every state that I'm aware of.If you are assigning a contract, you need to have that in the listing agreement, probably in giant font

That might require a mailing phone call campaign, but could turn up all kinds of deals.When I do mailers, I used a small yellow letter (computer generated with a font that roughly resembles handwriting) in a white invitation envelope that is hand addressed and has my return address on the back.
