.- In the yard grass is your friend and flower beds are your enemy ( unless you enjoy digging cigarette butts out of bushes) Or paying someone to clean them up for you. - Make sure no trees over hang or come close to touching your rough.

@Jackie Flowers I never did any of those programs, but like @Demetrius Heggs indicated some are worse than others.

Added 3/4" crushed rock for the driveway and behind the house and bark in the flower bed and along the left side of the house.

I had intended on renting as it will be a great cash flower, however I might sell take a profit and then double/triple my money in the stock market.
