And then add a caveat, one you were genuinely contemplating or actually did list for sale within the first 6 years and it didn't sell for whatever reason and fit in the time frames listed above?

I had to write 18 checks and fill out 18 single page forms (local government efficiency at its finest) yesterday to catch up. 

I would just stick to your systems and processes and if the fits not there so be it.

I just don't want to commit and sign up for his classes before I try it and see it as a good fit for me.   

Study all strategies, markets, etc, and find what fits your strategies.

This does not mean you add something that is a luxury in a market that it does not fit.

Plus for Bay area folks the fact that you can scoot over and meet them in person is a plus.Good company  and if anyone can make it work in todays market its them .. in my opinion and again I am an investor so take that with a grain of salt..Go meet with them.. do your due diligence and if you think its a fit jump aboard.
