First if you get your RE licence don't ever let it expire!!

Unless you have a Real Estate licence always use an agent.

Assuming you believe her there is nothing more to be done.If you are concerned ask the neighbours to write down all the licence plate numbers.

If you form a corporation or an LLC you have created a fictitious person who can own property. 

The biggest problem I have had with most wholesalers in Texas, is they make up fictitious inflated ARV's and Estimated Repairs trying to make their deals work. 

I see a lot of people on here talking about the benefits of being licenced, but it doesn't really seem like they are acting as agents for other buyers.

My fiance is getting her licence in April so I will be check back with you too see if you have found a good brokerage.
