The project is anticipated to facilitate access to/from major industries and freight destinations in Mobile and provide hazardous material vehicles a direct route away from the downtown business district.- The overall market has increased by 8.4% this year with the median apartment rent at $950.

These guys want their 12M back and the rest of the LP's might as well pick RED or BLACK....For us, we are in numerous Synd's and generally doing well except this one.

There were at least 4 maybe 5 individuals on Dave’s team that handled numerous things like; getting any necessary info from me and the title company, providing my account statement (proof of funds) for the sellers of my replacement, working with ERG for the exchange documents I needed to sign for both closings, and getting the 45-day form filled out and sent back to ERG.

I'm particularly interested in understanding:- Key renovation aspects that meet Section 8 standards- Common pitfalls to avoid in the process- Any specific features or improvements that are highly recommended to facilitate a smooth inspection and tenant satisfactionAny advice or a checklist you wish you had when you started would be super helpful.Thanks a lot! 

I mistakenly thought that we would see sellers bringing their asking price more in line with todays interest rates to help facilitate a sale of their property.

I am newer to this but have done years of research, read books, and read numerous posts on this forum.
