When we spoke, I alerted you to the need to make the quick repairs, and you agreed to allow access to the space to get things back to top shape.

After several hearings, we reached an agreement: both parties agreed that if the tenants applied for government assistance to cover the overdue rent and committed to paying rent on time going forward, the eviction process would end.

Not only for the census ending in 2020 but also the projected population from 2020 to 2025.I agree that population increase is important and should be factored in when analyzing a property.

And you may not get much of a repair request process as the wholesaler can't agree to repairs themselves. 

As for rent, the three parties agree on a fair rent for the apartment and that is what you pay the partnership every month in rent.

The Tenant agrees to maintain an active renters insurance policy for the duration of the lease term and any renewal periods.
