I don’t know that it has an ecosystem it’s own.  

Although i'm sure he has some good info, something about GC has never made me want to get into his ecosystem.

It is really good to see that the ecosystem for capital raise products has matured a bit in that time period, but it still has a long way to go. 

Seems like the whole ecosystem around STRs is still evolving, so not sure many exist yet.

It's also important to realize, as a previous poster mentioned, you're dealing with a large sprawling metropolis with small ecosystems within it.

This keeps those high paying salaries in the south bay ecosystem which keeps property values high, property taxes for good schools, and income for local shops.

Ideally, you figure out how to manage the house well and can screen tenants not only for the ability to pay, but the ability to fit into the eco-system of the community you've built.I'm looking to expand this strategy further as I think the returns are insanely high and worth the management.

These displaced workers have been out of the workforce for over 10 years, these areas have been shuttered for a very long time, in the case in Cleveland, Amazon is not disrupting any existing ecosystem, they are only enhancing the current situation by providing an avenue for new jobs - agreed - maybe they are not high earning jobs, but it will get cash into pockets of folks that have no jobs right now.
