Northern Virginia Agent comfortable with investors

Hello all. We are new to the Fredericksburg area and are looking for a single family home to flip. My husband and I both have experience in construction so rough condition doesn’t scare us. We hope to find an agent who doesn’t mind working with investors. (I’ve met a few who’ve resisted it in the past) Any recommendations would be great. Thanks
