i iknow of a couple investors who are members of those sites. i thought about it, but didn't when they couldn't tell me how many leads came in per month on avg.i like being in control of my own marketing and once u have it going consistently the phone will ring. the other leads are icing on the cake

I see the trim ring around the outlet box is falling off.

I pray that Realtors across the board get better at communicating with faster reply times (and or actually pick up the phone when it's ringing).

I see the county has a dedicated line for these questions so I’ll give them a ring. 

The land trustee then becomes a second set of eyes and ears (and a more credible witness when saying a deed was forged), preventing/reducing title theft. 

You need a trusted team to do OOS investing and you’re still the best eyes and ears for your own property. 

Sometimes ya just wanna ring necks...

If anyone knows good strategies for getting around these issues, I'm all ears.

Broker I would welcome real estate licensing looking like appraisal licensing with open arm's and an ear-2-ear smile, it would solve a great many issues.
