The most successful D class or 100% section 8 project I ever ran into was in Hattisburg MS. the original owner built about 20 little stand alone units  on the property and each was built with cinder block so very minimal sheetrock inside.. concrete floors throughout with drains in the middle ( kind of like you see bathrooms in Asia and other parts of the world . 

If you aren't moving drain lines, a handyman should be able to knock that out for you cheaper than a plumber.

There was recently a water intrusion event caused by a clogged drain outside which caused some hydrostatic pressure in the soil and some water came up through the slab, which the tenants promptly cleaned up and I ran a dehumidifier I rented from home depot for 24 hours.

I have heard of people pouring cement down drains, and they frequently take appliances, and often other things you would think should be in the house.  

My plan was to make another deal within a year of moving here, but due to some circumstances my money has been drained.

One issue was a slow draining bathroom sink which I called my warranty service provider to snake at no cost.

He had drained our joint bank accounts, changed his pension deposits to a new bank account, abandoned me and adult daughter.

Sometimes it might make sense to have full service, but if you are just fixing a drain once every other year then it probably won't.  

I don't have the funds to pay a personal attorney, and frankly it'll be money down the drain.

Do the drain lines need pitch to exit to connect to the sewer or do you already have a grinder/pump to get the sewage up to the sewer line to exit the home?
