That notebuyer must discern that your note ... and the end borrower are worthy of that price when compared with other notes that are up for sale.Perhaps a notebuyer (or more than one) can address this but it is my casual observation that the bottom line return that notebuyers seek does NOT fluctuate directly with market interest rates.* * *If you truly want to be the bank here, look into hedging strategies for fluctuating interest rates.Ooops, sorry for opening a large can of worms.

As Bill points out, unless you drill down to a more micro level it is hard to discern that data from a national level as some markets had less and some had more of a concentration of available units both new and old.
