Clearly, I am disappointed but will take the time once they are out to fly up there and do some much needed repairs to the home before renting out again. 

A bit disappointing that @Antoine Martel hasn't clarified the number discrepancy's.

I really wanted to have a good experience with them and I'm so disappointed that I didn't get to enjoy that 5-star experience that so many people raved about in their google reviews.But this has been...a joke.
