Does anyone have experience developing raw land and selling?

Worst experience dealing with these people!

I've had bad experiences with H&R Block but there are many firms out there that will file your return for $1,000. 

Once I gain my experience, I intent to pay that forward in future to someone in need without expecting a 'return'.
