I looked it up on Google earth, and also spoke with the agent who had it listed about 18 months ago.

Definitley dollars to be saved doing things yourself and having relationships with other skilled guys to avoid replacement, especially old school construction.I saved about $4200 skirting a t-111 sided house with rolled 10" flashing to satisfy an earth to wood appraisal sub2 on a sale a couple weeks ago.

(but yet somehow I am still proud of it and want to teach folks how they can do the same, but obviously have more than 4... through the power of consistency)However, I just wanted to share my proud moment of having these 4 followers with you guys in Bigger Pocket, so maybe by just pure luck or perhaps by your very own curiosity you get to check it out to see what I think about commercial real estate world of investment and why on earth am I doing this...

I realize my goals seem bold to say the least, but I would much rather shoot for the stars and land on the moon then stay on earth the rest of my life.  

Why on earth should you have to pay for their line?

why on earth would you ever consider putting four units that you did not screen on one year leases?

So I see no reason why on Earth I would want the advice of someone who still has to work for a living.
