Earlier today, I received a frantic call from my HOA representative saying there's been extensive damage to my rental property (and followed it up with photos of the roof partially caved in, including into at least one tenant's unit). 

I have some business with both agencies and have always been delighted. 

He caved and agreed to sell at our original terms.

That been said, in my situation starting out with house flipping, and as we all know house flipping could be very tricky and a lot of experience need, for that reason, I’m looking to work with an investor that does house flipping, helping with his flip investments as much as possible, located in Roanoke Virginia or surrounded area such Salem VA, Daleville VA, Blacksburg VA, Cave Spring VA, Christiansburg VA, and Lynchburg VA.

In the 1st ten years of owning I had to pay $20k to dig new sand mound (on site septic caved in), AND had THREE drunk drivers land in the house & knock it off foundation.
