Only 3 cases exist that I know of of individuals successfully defending themselves before the tax court of qualifying for real estate professional status while having a full time job.  

I have defended the deductions by showing that the money was placed in trust accounts and cannot be accessed except for the permitted expense.

Title company defended and it took the attorney they hired and myself 3 years of lawsuit with neighbor and dealing with the state of Oregon to get the right of USE across an old logging railroad easement the state bought for a linear park.

Your "opinion" doesn't help me defend MY professional appraiser opinion about the value of your property, but if you provide me data I'm not aware of, or haven't thought about, etc, maybe I can justify a different conclusion.Here's a thread where I posted a more detailed answer to what to do if comps are lacking.

If your LLC is sued, you will be required to defend the LLC, your name will then become known, and the plaintiff's attorneys will amend the complaint to include you.

After all, they presumably promised in the deed to warrant and defend your title forever. 

AI will not help you with claims or defend you in court yet... 

If you have a lLC, you should have something otherwise when/if you are sued, you'll go broke in legal fees defending your LLC, even if there is nothing in it. 

If you are managing a rental in any capacity, you will likely be a defendant in a lawsuit involving the property.
