Hey everyone my name is Boston I invest in Charleston,WV. I just started a Full commission sales job and I have been wanting to be considered a REP.  I wasn’t sure what I need to do to be able to take my 1099 income and right it off with my long and mid term rentals?

If the sales position is your FT job it would be unlikely that you would qualify for REPS. Here's a great article that explains the process and qualifications. Best of luck.
