I believe menoring comes in all shades; from the Professional Training courses, Joint Ventures,one on one, real estate investment clubs, books, podcasts, forumns, group training and one on one.

@Brian Gibbons,I agree you will have shade tree lawyer who is waiting in the wings to help the uneducated home owners when the lawyers say I can get you a u-haul full of money, and the home owner's eyes will light up like a used sear's Roebuck pinball machine and now when you go to court, and the judge will make the decision if the home owner gets anything or gets put into the street.

Folks tended to choose darker paneling with the idea that it made the room look more "regal". 

It can be more efficient by keeping the AC in the shade too by taking it higher and it looks nice, from inside or out. . :)

Rooms like that have good potential and consider an accent wall to take the eye outside, the laundry area wall being darker or the deck wall being lighter.
