Personally, when I consider a property for myself, I want others like me: they will pay a premium for creature comforts and good design.  

Can anyone help me to see what average costs are to buy land there (developed land vs land that needs creature comforts put in)?

One doesn't have to try hard to figure out that some of the most inept creatures run the Real estate market.

Class C properties and the creatures that sometimes inhabit them can certainly be a balancing act, however, I would have to say that business first is the best practice when dealing with them.

Mountain Top is a completely different creature, IMO.

One of two of the little creatures travel fast, make messes all over like their are a hundred of them.I have a place in the middle of the desert near Las Vegas and we have thousands of field mice in the area, We literally see them around the house every day.

Even if they cannot reach their feedsource due to the use of proper barrier products, they will not stop attempting to feed. 2) Bed bugs infest near their feed sourceBed bugs are lazy creatures and don't like having to travel too far for their feed source.
