Theres so much value that you get and the strategies taught are unique and data driven.

In my experience that either means there is something prohibitive in the zoning, or there simply is not much demand for that sort of product if most people either go with an apartment in a large complex or rent a SFR.

I wish I could find a STR rental without an HOA, but I'm looking primarily at 2nd or 3rd row from the ocean condo complexes and they all have HOA's.

The data plans are reasonable ($50/month) and the service seems like it would be more reliable through storms and outages. 

Now I’m sure BP has all the data and statistics to so h the know better than me what people like and want to hear.

Just stating that waiting will also likely make the cost of what you want to buy go up if the last 98 years of real estate data provides the future direction.

That they wanted "Cheap" buys, not intelligent buy's, not data driven buys, not future casting buys, just "cheap".
