I am joking with this comment, but I was going to ask if you were new to Biggerpockets with your cash flow comment. 

So your point of "just 10%" ownership of BAM is a rediculous comment. 

Most comments I’ve read are positive and then this one was a shocker.

If you don't know this company or what they do, where do you stand to make this comment?

So, if it is more of the 2nd on there...I'm sure that some people might comment to "Do This" or "Do That"...but how do you know if any of them are correct?  

Other comments on this thread are great, as someone who can speak from experience(even in this local) don't let a girlfriend dictate how you invest, ever.

I saw your comments about not wanting to manage properties in two states, but perhaps you can find a great PM for the FL home.Regarding the numbers you mentioned above, it very much depends on the specific location.

Hi Leah, I don't agree with the comments about wholesalers I've helped a lot of people struggling to get out of their properties, especially when realtors are asking them to do repairs they don't want to or can't do.
