Today was the first time I ever heard of watering a foundation but I see with the dryness and the clay you need to.

Do you recommend paper checklists or do you use digital formats like YM (Your Welcome) that provides the tablet for guest guide and cleaning checklists? 

Fine clays and mainly silts are problematic because they could be dormant but when water finds them then they react, expanding substantially therefore the failure of foundations. 

There is a process of verifying your return address that can take a couple of days, but once enrolled, you can view your mail pieces from a portal, tablet phone, whatever.

Every part of town has it's quirks like some parts you really need to check out the houses foundation/basement as there are heavier clay soils, some are full of meth heads, some at first blush may appear not too attractive but drive around and you'll find lots of older people still living there taking care of their yards, keeping everything up though the racists will say the houses aren't worth anything.   

You could also look at Parker, Denton and Cooke counties.At this point while there probably is some action, much past Wise County....like Clay, Jack, Montague seem to be just a little further out than the big demand drivers push people to go.

If it is a more porous clay/terra cotta style tile without glazing you can typically use any kind of concrete type stain or paint to color it. 

It’s actually mostly clay and dirt; I was able to scrape off a decent amount with the back of my flashlight.
