It seems they would be the only branch of law enforcement to tackle this misrepresented false renovation to steal hard working Americans money, property and dreams.

I think this is a fatal flaw in your logic...the American legal system does not burden you to prove you never received notice, it burdens them with proving you did.

It supports "The American Dream" in my opinion.  

That being said, I do believe in the fundamental American ideal of rolling up your sleeves and doing the hard work yourself.

The only way that many can achieve the American dream of home ownership is by having an investor like yourself available to make it happen by loaning them the money needed and securing a lien against the mobile home.

Make sure they are certified with the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals (ASCSP).

She also said she knows all of this because she is a lawyer (she isn't even an American citizen :S).

So I will let this little medium term motel keep chugging along as the forgotten child and circle back next year. 

(if I made $200k I would be taxes on 80k after taking the standard deduction and child tax credits, etc. 

I have one duplex and have been house hacking since I bought it, it's been 5 years plus I have this property and finally ready for a 2nd one, looking to see if I get another multi or a single family, any thoughts Side note I also need a bigger place since I have another child who now needs their own room.
