It’s been awhile since Jamil did an episode of On the Market…is he still a part of it?

@Kai Sato-FranksNot sure if it’s worth taking such advice blindly and at face value.With all due respect, the only guys who get rich in this episode are “investment gurus” like Ramsey or Kiyosaki etc are the gurus themselves.

(One example is episode 534) We can afford to pay the difference to hold onto the property for appreciation but it seems like maybe there is better ways to use our money so that it both cash flows and appreciates. 

I’ve listened to just about every single episode of the podcast (900+) and it seems like they’re getting worse over time.A 35 minute episode is now just a 3 min intro, 20 min of content, 10 min of advertisements, and a 2 min outro with more ads. 

Hi Cory,I would suggest listening to a few of the podcast that talk directly about Milwaukee I think @Mindy Jensen has a team there and I know she can point out what episodes are best!

Soak in every episode you possibly can.

On episode 442, Bryce Stewart discussed how anyone hiring a non insured worker (ex: shoveling a driveway, handyman work, etc) should have them sign a workers comp waiver form in the unfortunate event that they get injured working on your property.

This lady has mental health issues and was having massive meltdowns and unbalanced episodes.

After that, go ahead and watch a few of the 80+ episodes of the MLS Search & Analysis Show he shared.
