That newer asphalt, or when it is resealed or newly striped, looks pretty sharp (but then you have some costs and maintenance), but I am not sure the attractive lot would bring much more in rent nor would gravel drive off good tenants.Finally, I shovel snow with the body sled type shovels and it would knock me out without a smooth surface underneath like asphalt or cement, so with gravel maybe check how that would work with your snow removal system (be it shovel, snowblower, or plow truck)...probably gravel best fit for plow truck...Best of luck

Hello mound of concrete to haul up the stairs.

Hi,I need a retaining wall, landing pad, and stairs poured.

Very worn out carpet in all bedrooms, stairs and upstairs main area.

There are 3 different type of pipe, pvc, cement and clay.

There is carpet in the living room, rec room, stairs, upstairs hallway and bedrooms.Thank you for any input you can give me.

Cement... have only found one contractor in the area willing to give me an estimate so far.  

There is one set of stairs, which is also carpeted.Home Depot and Lowe's both gave me estimates of a whopping $10,000, and a local floor guy gave me an $8,000 estimate. 

Our aerated septic is messed up, the well, entire down stairs HVAC is shot, condensing unit for upstairs is toast and the hot water heater.This all sucks but having things gutted and cleaned out definitely provides some sort of relief.  

In my area it's steep driveways, tuck under garages, small bedrooms and closets, 1 bath (and small), tight kitchens, steep stairs, 4 level splits, train tracks, etc
