I locked up my first deal , now im trying to find buyers. I never put my time into finding buyers unless I had something to offer. How do I find Buyers??

On a pre-1900 build I often see them filled with mortar, at least here in Milwaukee.

I buy to rehab and turn into rentals so Pinson, Pelham, Bessemer are a great fit for the areas and returns I'm looking for.

Hopefully rents start going up 2nd Qtr and into 2026 and 2027.What price range do you want to be in? 

He is older and does not have a mortgage and there is a lot of deferred maintenance on the property.

The larger the purchase price the greater the spread you need between purchase price plus holding costs plus rehab cost and ARV.  40k projected profit on a 600k project is too skinny for me.

Have a clear budget and stick to it.
