Apologies if it has been discussed in the past - I live over at the multifamily forum where it hasn't come up so thought I would branch out.For points 2 and 3, how come this hasn't caused a severe price drop in these places further outside downtown?

That cuts down on the chances of cracks spontaneously appearing in the stack and branch drains, or in the shower trap, which is very much one of the usual culprits in this sort of situation.The chances that three plumbers were "unable to smell even a slight odor" when they went and yet there is a powerful stench at other times is quite possible.

The most dangerous kind of aluminum wire was mostly only used for residential wiring from ~’65-‘73 when copper was prohibitively expensive (Al alloys that are less dangerous were used with less frequency post-‘73, and Al is still a common material for transmission and distribution lines, and even some residential use like AC units or single branch circuits, but not very common in residential wiring).

It probably isn't an issue for a company who is already operating at an airfield, but I'd check with airport management to confirm your improvements don't violate the lease if you branch out to just standard private hangars.

Up until the 1970’s, real estate agents were attorneys in my state (CO), then there were too many transactions for the number of attorneys to handle, so the real estate commission created standardized forms and real estate licensing, but real estate remains a branch of the law here so we use standardized forms, require a lot of disclosures, and typically it works best when there is a buyers agent with fiduciary duty to the buyer, and listing agent with fiduciary duty to the seller.
