.- no bookkeeping.

Wanted something for easy transactions for rent collection, bookkeeping, etc. 

My wife handles all the bookkeeping, and she is damned good at money.All in all, I just took it for granted that everyone came into the game with more or less the same tools and abilities, and that's just not true.

We use REI Hub for our bookkeeping, its not perfect but works

Hey @Faiz Kanash, having a great REI-savvy bookkeeper would fix this issue pretty quickly.

Of course, I was doing the bookkeeping properly throughout the year, so that helped.

I get MTR leads from Airbnb and do bookings through the airbnb platform.I use apartments.com to manage my Long term tenants and collect rent.What do I need to keep in mind for starting off on the right foot for book keeping?

Are there any other paperwork or admin you need to do on a monthly basis for bookkeeping and tax returns purposes?

I would like to use an AIO software like Stessa or Turbotenant for my bookkeeping, looking for opinions on those.
