I believe it was mentioned in another book I had read but again, I am not having luck finding it from here.

So I'm new to REI as well but a book I heard about that is supposed to be amazing for wholesaling is: "If you can't wholesale after this: I've got nothing for you" by Todd Flemming.

I won't share too much of my personal story.The first book I read that changed my perspective was, "Rich DAD POOR DAD",mostly because up until that point I had never considered the concepts presented in the book.
