After you unclog the toilet once it is there issue if there is a future blockage that turns out to a toy or paper towels etc. make that clear.

I soon had the boulders cleared out via a civil complaint and then he followed up with a "partial blockage" of the entrance (only half of it is blocked, but it's open enough to let cars go in) which is what I am currently fighting (lawsuits takes months to a years to process in Canada).
