After you unclog the toilet once it is there issue if there is a future blockage that turns out to a toy or paper towels etc. make that clear. 

I soon had the boulders cleared out via a civil complaint and then he followed up with a "partial blockage" of the entrance (only half of it is blocked, but it's open enough to let cars go in) which is what I am currently fighting (lawsuits takes months to a years to process in Canada).

If they'd just renovated, they should have seen how bad the sewer blockage was! 

This debris can hang up on old pipes causing the eventual blockage. 

I called another plumbing company who scoped out the lines on Wednesday and they had showed me blockage 25 feet under the foundation, which would have caused the house to flood with raw sewage again!

He checks for lint blockages but there are none.

Sharpened the blades, made sure the rotors turned adequately, but anything more than a fork full of spaghetti meant a total blockage.  

We were not ever able to get the object out ot the toilet so therefore were unable to identify the exact object that caused the blockage.

During that inspection we are looking for damages that the tenant will not be charged for when they move out, and we always have them check all sinks, toilets, tubs, for proper drainage.3) Sometimes, a partial main line blockage would not be evident, either during turnover prep or at move-in inspection, due to the distance from the fixtures.
