Now if you ask anyone who knows me (really, anyone), they'll tell you that one of my most beloved/annoying traits is that I am a straight-shooter.

Also there is Ben Leybovich' book on "13 Steps to Valuing Your First Multiplex." on Kindle.

Nevertheless, dude still swung at everything they was pitching (it reminded me of watching my beloved TB Rays last season).My question is this: Have anyone had any recent experience Affluence Edu and their real estate workshop?

Should I head to the library instead of searching on Amazon and Kindle?  

Additionally, vacation rentals offer a unique opportunity to help heal our beloved island as it is still recovering from the effects of Hurricane Maria (I go into more detail on this in my business plan).  

Of course, we have had tenants tell us the same thing - they don't like a vendor (who we know is licensed, does quality work, and is almost universally beloved by everyone else who has worked with them), they insist a repair should have been done differently, etc.

All I can say is our government today reminds me of my beloved Chicago Bears during the late 60's and 1970's.
