I'm just getting started myself and have sent out my last batch of 330 letters in my first round of direct mail.

Also for the follow months do I send out a new batch of letters plus  the batch I sent to follow up or I just only keep sending to the same people just following up? 

I'm about to order my first batch of bandit signs--probably online.

I would then update my list with the new address and try sending it there with the next batch.

If you do a search on the internet you key in "batch image watermarking + (your preferred editing software)" you will find a way to automate the process of resizing and watermarking your photos.

Also When it came time to filing the 1099's they made a big deal how easy it was,  all you had to do was hit the button and then there were transmitted to the IRS, but that ease came with a $15.00 batch feel and I believe that was $1.26 a per line each owner in the batch.
