From my understanding the debt will be not wiped out with this auction.So my question is if I buy this property does the debt belong to current owner and they will just come take back the panels.

So my profit cushion got wiped out during the build, but also now I’m realizing that compared to other homes in the area this one has a pretty small backyard and that not helping.

We had some 110+ degree days and I provided a window unit for a newborn baby where the AC would not go under 85 and one house where one room was not getting adequately cooled by the central HVAC.

It was restored and tested for mold by a third party company and wipe my hands of it there.

I understand buying a property via tax sale or OTC tax deeds wipe out majority of liens if there are any against property.

The repair was a big hit for me, and I am now tight on cash, as I just literally moved and my wife and I are expecting our first baby so I am doing what I can here.
