I find a decent roof rake to clear a few feet up the roof from the eves to be more than sufficient on an asphalt shingle roof.

Each one is going to require many years of cultivating relationships, beating the pavement, digging through basements (except the doctor which is digging through body parts), saving every penny and driving a beater to slowly get making real money.

Question for the forum is would it be recommended or not recommended to invest in this type of project, ie. infrastructure for the RV spaces (water, sewer, pavement etc), on a leased piece of dirt?

A standard asphalt shingle roof on a house this age should either be almost new or severely worn and in need of replacement in the very short term.

You should first talk to the zoning department to find out if you can do that, some municipalaties have requirement of only s certain a percent of the lot be "impervious" (which means rain water can't go through the surface, so building sqft + sidewalk + pavement).

I don't pound the pavement that hard looking because I am a buy and hold investor and I don't have funding for sixty unit...BUT...the takeaway is: there are deals if you make them happen.
