The one little thing I didn't mention in my original post is that I am guaranteed, as long as I do t mess anything up too bad, in getting a 10k raise each year on my anniversary date for the next 4 years.

I had been pleasant all the way through this.I made some enquiries about something when I got back, and she bitched me out in email, and cc'd it to her entire office, I duly took the ***** down a peg or three, called her unprofessional and pointed out that even lawyers use capital letters when composing emails on an iPhone.

I hate how iPhone changes text based on what it thinks you should say rather than what you said.

This proves to be extremely valuable in increasing our portfolio through leveraging equity with new loans.However, as we approach the 20 year anniversary on some properties and getting toward the back end of available depreciation, i am still struggling on what is the best approach from a tax standpoint.  

Over 14 years ago my wife and I spent our first anniversary at a Bed and Breakfast in Sedona, AZ.

Maybe if the pics don't show well that you hire a professional photographer and not someone with just an iPhone to take pics.

Several weeks later, I phoned the last guests to stay there, and they were shocked that it had been destroyed. 

And also do you have any recommendations on which company is the best and most user-friendly with iPhone apps and features?

Just be quiet and look for your next property as the anniversary draws near.
