I actually control the approaches and departures for Orange County (John Wayne) Airport, Long Beach Airport, Fullerton Airport, Torrance Airport, and Los Alamitos all from down here in San Diego.

Indy while initial cash flow may be higher there is also more maintenance with a cold belt state and long term rent growth and other metrics tend to not be as strong as warm belt states.Most out of state investors fly in and look around about in a 1 hour direction from the airport at each state's main hub.Austin is expensive to buy in right now for rentals.

The city's appeal is the continuous flood of new restaurants opening, the music scene, a festival or 5 every weekend, easy access to beautiful city parks and walking trails and paths, an easy airport to connect quickly, and that ole southern hospitality. 

We earned Priority Pass without trying to access lounges at airports for complimentary drinks and foods.

The airport development is booming and we own and manage properties around CP.
