They have payment integrations that allow your tenants to do direct withdrawal, online CC payments, and they can also go to Walmart or other retailers and pay with cash or check and it gets deposited into your account and best of all it’s applied directly to their account in the software.

I agree with your analogy about selling contents which would be taxable, then selling “land” would be another event vs just selling the “house” with everything inside priced in would be its own taxable eventHowever, I am pretty sure the irs doesn’t care if the PROPERY is vacant land, a Walmart, your home, etc….
