I have around 38K left of undergrad/grad school student debt.

I remember having to take these "general education" courses when I was in undergrad and looking back, there was definitely a theme of victimization and blame.I'm not saying that all BLM protestors are communists but what I am saying is that there is a lot more going on here than just a group of people being pissed off and this is happening globally.

I would imagine that a leasing/rental agent in Boston is mostly geared towards undergrads, grad students, postdoc's, etc.

I am a student of Architecture currently going into my final year of undergrad at Kent State University.

I house hacked through undergrad and grad school and bought my second place after graduation, then I bought my third place 9 months after that. 

Depending on the neighborhood you get undergrads and grad students, as well as pharmacy, med students and medical residents as there are 2 major hospitals. 

I'm assuming that you are looking for a undergrad degree, and if I were in your shoes, I'd focus on something more general that flexed your analytical/ problem solving muscles more than trained you to do something specific. 

I am 19 undergrad and my brother is 21 graduated currently working on this in Humboldt county which is as north as you can get in California. we have been extensively educating ourselves for the last 5 months and are looking to get hands-on experience through the method of wholesaling.

My undergrad education cost $25k-ish.
