I like the idea of the lines of credit that are difficult to use when building up credit, along side of developing your financial Thermostat.

There is a smart thermostat in the house I am renting. 

You should upgrade your properties to be monitored remotely with software, apps, wifi, thermostats, locks and cameras. 

Each room has its own thermostat.
