Maybe city is getting ready to go crazy on solar and needs a spot for a battery storage area.

My only fear is that they are trying to encompass any type of real estate whether it be trailer park, self storage, or long term rental.

Your property might be a little hard for MTR based on that layout, but again the garage could be good for storage for home sellers who sold and don't know where to go as well.

Hot water heater, furnace, gas, electrical box, HVAC, oil tank, plumbing pipes.

Good storage.

The ones I manage total to 20 bedrooms.These rooms rent for between $125 to $225 per week depending on room size and amenities in the room (beyond basic amenities may include: Desk, Tv, private entry, tenant controlled AC, additional storage).This month after padsplit takes their 14.25% cut of the revenue I am recieving, from the units I own, $15,230 from 3 homes.

As mentioned, I would leave it and use that as a storage closet.

Can't include furnace, hot water tank, central ac and some other built-in appliances - check your local ordinances.
