I would love to connect with a GC in San Diego with a wide skillset, any good contacts?

I'm looking for options for possible next moves for one or all three of our single-family rental properties in the Austin and San Antonio areas.

Ashley, if you are still a naval spouse, I would suggest the next time you are relocated that you consider buying a house via a VA loan wherever you end up stationed (excluding San Diego because it is too expensive) and do this every time you move. 

Start small and consider areas like Georgetown, San Marcos, or San Antonio for more affordable opportunities and long-term success.

Not including septic of course because that;s an easier run.I would do a sewer scope even if just to know if/where there were branch lines or moderate blockages.....or even the bellies.

I saw Led Zeppelin live at Kezar Stadium ( San Fran) it was Bill Grahms first out door concert.. before that it was Winterland  and the Fillmore West and sometimes the COW palace..

The parts that are unlivable are not being harrassed by the cartels.It's nearly as bad as Chicago or New York or San Francisco.
